Meet the Founder – Nirmal Subedi, CPA
Nirmal Subedi is the founder and principal of Subedi CPA. He has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 2014 and brings over 15 years of deep industry knowledge in tax, corporate accounting, and business advisory.
His extensive background includes years of experience in Houston’s Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, which uniquely positions him to understand the complex needs of both large and small enterprises.
Nirmal holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Findlay, Ohio (2007). He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and an active member of Houston Society of CPAs.
